What We Do

From dripping faucets to full repipes, we diagnose and fix problems before they become emergencies. Leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater installation, fixture upgrades, and emergency service — all with clean work and clear pricing.

Our Story
Graven Plumbing Heating and Electrical started with a simple idea: homeowners in Sullivan deserve a contractor who shows up on time, does the work right, and treats their house like it's his own. That's still the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
We're not a franchise with a call center three time zones away. When you call us, you reach someone who knows your neighborhood, your home's age, and the kind of systems that work best in this part of central Illinois. That local knowledge saves you money and prevents problems before they start.
The Difference
We give you a clear estimate before we touch a single pipe or wire. The price we quote is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no change orders for things we should have caught in the assessment.
Every trade on our crew is properly licensed for Illinois. We carry full insurance so you're never at risk. That's not just compliance — it's our commitment to doing this right and standing behind every job.
Plumbing issue? Furnace acting up? Electrical problem? You call one number and we dispatch the right tradesperson. No juggling three companies, no passing the blame when something goes wrong.
Your home is already a lived-in space. We treat it with respect — laying down drop cloths, wearing shoe covers, and leaving your kitchen and bathrooms exactly as we found them, only better.
What Our Clients Say
"Graven came out the same day I called about a burst pipe. They had it fixed within the hour and cleaned up everything. I've used them for my furnace and a few electrical jobs since — always the same reliability."
"I was getting quoted double what Graven charged for a panel upgrade. Fair price, quality work, and they explained everything they were doing instead of just doing it and leaving. That's the kind of contractor you hope to find."
"Having one company handle both the plumbing and the electrical for our bathroom remodel made the whole process so much smoother. Graven coordinated everything and the result was exactly what we wanted."
